After a successful career in the hospitality industry, Mark has gravitated (in a sense) back to his agricultural roots (he grew up in Alberta farm country). Except, instead of livestock and grain, it's grapes and wine. Mark is a genuine 'people person' too with wonderful musical ability and an amazing knowledge of all sorts of interesting trivia – go on and test him! The late Friday afternoon Beethoven and Chopin concerts are great if you want to stop by for a glass of wine and hear him play.
